RENEWAL OF AN ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION

If you purchased a subscription to an online product, which is expiring or already expired, you can renew it taking advantage of a discounted offer.
• From the "My Account" menu of your online product, click on the "Renew" button corresponding to the product you wish to renew, or open the page of the website about your product.
• In the right window, choose "Do you already have a subscription for the online version? Click here to renew".
• Enter the serial number of the expired subscription e check out.
• When you receive the confirmation e-mail, make a new product registration.
Use the same username and password of the previous subscription: any remaining day before the expiry date will be added to the new subscription.
