INSTALLATION OF THE DOWNLOADABLE VERSION OF Sabatini Coletti

Windows (32/64 bit)
Launch the downloaded file disc-setup.exe with a double click and follow the instructions.
After installation the dictionary can be launched from Start > Programs> Sansoni > Sabatini-Coletti > il Sabatini-Coletti.

Mac (32 bit)
Make sure your system has a Java version » Find out more
Launch the downloaded file disc-installer.pkg with a double click and follow the instructions.
After installation the dictionary can be launched from Applications > Sansoni > SabatiniColetti > SabatiniColetti.

Mac (64 bit)
Make sure your system has a Java version » Find out more
Launch the downloaded file disc-installer64.pkg with a double click and follow the instructions.
After installation the dictionary can be launched from Applications > Sansoni > SabatiniColetti > SabatiniColetti.

Linux (32 bit)
Make sure your system has a Java version » Find out more
In a terminal window enter the resource in which the disc-installer32.sh file has been downloaded and make it executable by typing in:

   chmod +x disc-installer32.sh

and pressing Start. Then install the dictionary using the command

   ./disc-installer32.sh

and pressing Start.
After installation the dictionary can be launched by opening your own Home directory, then Sabatini_Coletti, and typing in the command

   ./sabatini.sh

Linux (64 bit)

In a terminal window enter the resource in which the disc-installer64.sh file has been downloaded and make it executable by typing in:

   chmod +x disc-installer64.sh

and pressing Start.
Then install the dictionary using the command
   ./disc-installer64.sh

and pressing Start.
After installation the dictionary can be launched by opening your own Home directory, then Sabatini_Coletti, and typing in the command

   ./sabatini.sh

After installation you may also create a launcher for the Applications menu.
How to do this depends on the distribution; let’s provide an example for Ubuntu:
- choose System > Preferences > Main Menu > New Item
- in the Name field type in the name of the dictionary
- in the Command field, using the Explore button, insert the whole "edPan" route, which can be found in the file where the dictionary has been installed.
