REGISTRATION OF ONLINE PRODUCTS

In the single-user solution, you must register every online product, no matter if purchased or in trial version.

Each purchased licence (i.e. each serial number) enables you to access for 365 days from whatever system, by means of a personal username and password.

The address of the login and registrazione page is online.elexico.com, where you may also choose your language.

First product registration When you first open the login page, choose the Registration tab, fill in the form with your data and your e-mail address: the latter will be your username to access the online product.
Choose your password, the product from the list, and insert the serial number.

Attention: the password for the access to the online product is not the same password used for the login into the elexico.com website: due to privacy reasons, you have to choose a specific username and password for the access to the online platform.

Registration of more than one product If you have right to access to several online products, you don't need to register the following ones. Just open your first product, select Add a product from the “My account” menu, insert the serial number and choose your product from the list. Your login will bring you to your first product, and you can choose another one by means of the “Product” menu.

• the title of the dictionary
• the serial number of the product (the code containing 16 letters and numbers)
• the platform used (Windows, Macintosh or Linux)
• the operating system used (type, version and eventual system pack installed)
• the browser used (type and version) in case your problem is related to an online version
• the software version number (that can be found within the full description od the product) in case your problem is related to a product downloaded from this website
• the type of medium in case your problem is related to a cd-rom or dvd purchased in a bookstore
• a detailed description of the type of malfunction, attaching a screen dump of any error messages shown and the content of the file.log if indicated.
