Launch the downloaded file
hptf-setup.exe with a double click and follow the instructions.
After installation the dictionary can be launched from Start > Programs > Hoepli > Tec_Francese > Dizionario Tecnico Francese (or Dictionnaire Technique Français).
Mac (32 bit)

In a terminal window enter the resource in which the
hptf-installer32.sh file has been downloaded and make it executable by typing in:
chmod +x hptf-installer32.sh
and pressing Start. Then install the dictionary using the command
./hptf-installer32.sh
and pressing Start.
After installation the dictionary can be launched by opening your own Home directory, then Hoepli_Tecnico_Francese, and typing in the command
to launch it in french:
./francais.sh
to launch it in italian:
./italiano.sh

After installation you may also create a launcher for the Applications menu.
How to do this depends on the distribution; let’s provide an example for Ubuntu:
- choose System > Preferences > Main Menu > New Item
- in the Name field type in the name of the dictionary
- in the Command field, using the Explore button, insert the whole "edPan" route, which can be found in the file where the dictionary has been installed.
