ATTENTION: If you already have an app installed, open it and select Deactivate from the Activation menu before upgrading your OS to a newer release; in fact, should the new os chang the MAC number of your PC, you need to reactivate the app.
In case of collision between the old software version and the new one, you may get an error message. Follow the instructions in this page to solve the problem.
NOTE: New versions of downloadable products are compatibles with systems (a), (c), (e). Versions for outdated systems (b) and (d) are no longer updated: should you choose one of these systems, you can only install the latest version available before January 2021.
On all platforms you need approximately 500 free megabytes on the main hard disk.

Be sure to choose the correct version for your system when you download a product. You may download more than one version.
Once installed the software requires you to type in a serial number and to activate it online.

You can purchase the licence directly and get a full serial number, or evaluate it out free for 10 days with a temporary serial number. When the trial period expires you must purchase the full licence to continue to use the product.
Every licence purchased
allows you to activate the product on three different systems. When more user accounts are present on the same system, the product must be activated by every user whishing to run it. It will also allow you – before resetting a computer or reformatting a hard disk where the product is installed – to deactivate it so as not to forfeit one of the three activations allowed (by menas of the "Activation" menu).
If you wish to activate more than three installations, all you have to do is purchase more licences. You will be entitled to a discount according to the number of licences purchased for each additional licence purchased after the first.
